Terroir of the Côte des Bar is located approximately 6h56 bike ride from Epernay to the south. This vintage is made from a 100% blend of pinot noir harvested in 2018. This Blanc de Noirs Brut harvested in 2018 is vinified through stainless steel tanks, with partial malolactic fermentation and then aged for a minimum of 40 months.
A low dosage of just 5g/L.
