Terroir of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, approximately 1h11 bike ride from Epernay to the south. This vintage is made from a blend of 62% pinot noir, 27% chardonnay, and 11% pinot meunier harvested in 2011. Organic grapes in natural vinification, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation, natural filtration, slight passage in barrels (6%) and then aging on lees without stirring.
With an ageing period of at least 10 years this 2011 vintage has a near zero dosage of just 2g/L.
