The Triple “A” movement brings together winemakers who work in opposition to technological vinification, which tends to blur the identity of the terroir.
Scompiglio is a sparkling wine made with spontaneous fermentation carried out in stainless steel vats. Refreshing, sapid, and accessible, this 100% verdicchio produces a vibrant wine with dynamic bubbles. The grapes come from vines around twenty years old, planted in clay-limestone soil. The result is a mineral wine that is incredibly versatile, adapting to every moment of consumption.
