Terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne. This vintage is made from a blend of 66% chardonnay and 34% pinot noir of which 40% was harvested in 2015 and 60% from reserve wine. This Brut Premier Cru is vinified through stainless steel vats, with malolactic fermentation and part of the reserve wines kept in tuns.
Aged for a minimum of 75 months with a low dosage of just 5g/L.
Tasting Comment: A dazzling freshness with its iodine and lemon notes. The brioche and dried fruit aromas bring a beautiful complexity.
Perfect Pairing: Duck burger, spiced foie gras, onion confit and sweet potato fries.
