This unique rum from Belize spent 9 years in the tropical climate of Central America, before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to pursue its aging 5 more years in Europe. Distilled in 2006 from fermented molasses and matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel, this single cask is bottled at full proof, demonstrating its full potential.
