Pure Single Rum, Guyana

Inspired by rum cask’s historical trips between the New World and the Old Continent, the Transcontinental Rum Line hihlights the fact that from the beginning of its existence, rum has always been shipped from Europe for nautical, economical and technical reasons.

The TCRL single casks series represents the oldest rums ever bottles by La Maison du Whisky.

This Traditional Rum was distilled in Guyana in 2002 and filled in an ex-Bourbon barrel. Thereafter shipped to Europe, it has benefited from 18 years of maturation. Produced in wooden column still from fermented molasses, the result is a brilliant tribute to the rums of the region.
