Douglas Laing’s iconic Big Peat is a blend of different Islay single malts.
This year, LMDW invite you to discover a new edition which, for once, is made from a single malt. First aged in a refill hogshead and then matured for two years in a cask containing Jamaican rum, this version features peat that is both intense and very elegant. Its range of aromas and flavours, iodized and verdant, lets tasters sway to the whim of their moods.
