Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Speyside

Distillery number 9 was founded in 1840 by two brothers named James and John. Equipped with ten Oregon pine wash backs, it increased the number of its bell-shaped stills from four to six in 1973 and from six to eight in 1977. This version was matured in a cask previously used for Oloroso sherry and invites us to explore a palette of flavours and aromas whose finesse and nobility reach their climax in a deeply poetic floral and fruity finish.
