Made only from the Ugni blanc grape variety, from a single barrel and bottled at its natural strength, this version demonstrates exceptional rigor and precision. With its fruitiness, it perfectly embodies the refined and mature style of Cognac produced by Francis Abécassis, owner of Maison Leyrat. To this, we must add a finesse of expression based on a perfectly controlled fruity oxidation, which ends with apricot notes.
