Rum, Jamaica
OWH, LFCH, LROK, HLCF, <> H, HGML, C<>H, DOK: behind these abbreviations lie the eight marks used by the Hampden distillery to classify the rums it makes according to their ester concentration. Made up of several of them, the Hampden Great House cuvée, renewed every year since 2019, is the perfect embodiment of the distinctive style of this iconic Jamaican rum.
A blend of three vintages, this sixth edition is freshly minty on the nose, bursting with exoticism and particularly spicy. Then, on the palate, intensely fruity and unctuously chocolatey, it evolves with great generosity towards increasingly gourmand registers.
