Filled from the same cask as the superb 58% ABV Isautier agricole also found in the New Vibrations catalogue, this cask strength version (73.1%) is impressively powerful and firm. Eloquently illustrating the expression “an iron fist in a velvet glove”, the flavour and aroma palette nonetheless takes on autumnal, chocolate and liquoricey tones that beam with mature expression.
