Single Malt Whisky, New Zealand

Founded in 2014, the New Zealand distillery Scapegrace, renowned for its production of gin and vodka, launched its first whiskeys in 2022. In October 2023, its owners will inaugurate their new production site, located in the New Zealand Southern Alps, on the shores of Lake Dunsten. Very concentrated, the aromatic and taste palette of this version classily restores fruity, spicy, herbaceous and preciously woody notes of rare intensity.
