With notes of toffee, coffee, dark chocolate and heather honey, this traditional rum from the Isautier distillery is extremely complex and yet at the same time remarkably fresh. Overflowing with fruity exoticism, the aroma and flavour palette also reveals intensely heady floral fragrances, while drawing on a deep minerality to better highlight its beautifully mature expression.
