KI ONE Unicorn single malt is the distillery’s interpretation of a peaty Scotch whisky, designed for the growing number of whisky consumers in Korea. Made from distilled peated malts, KI ONE Unicorn offers smoky notes and earthy flavors reminiscent of the misty landscapes of Scotland, a country for which the unicorn is one of the iconic symbols. Awarded “Best Worldwide Single Malt” at the ISWC 2025 competition.

Nose : Autumn leaves, tart apple, earthy and cereal notes.

Appearance : Pale gold.

Palate : Orange zest, caramel, oriental spices.

Final notes : Sweet honey, plum, freshly cut oak.
