Single Malt Whiskey, Japan / Kyushu Kagoshima

Aged in Shinshu in northern Japan, this version produced by the Tsunuki distillery displays an absolutely remarkable freshness of herbaceous and fruity expression throughout the tasting. Indeed, whether on the aromatic or taste level, note after note, she paints a picture of great beauty which displays all the nuances of the color green. Very suggestive, it even sometimes evokes a rice field caressed by a light breeze.
