Sparkling sakes, which were still quite rare until recently, are becoming a real phenomenon in Japan. Fresh, light and refreshing, they have been able to rejuvenate and revitalize the image of sake in the land of tradition. Ideal for festive evenings, they are to be served chilled in champagne flutes or wine glasses, as an aperitif or in a cocktail!
Profile
Produced using traditional methods, this sparkling sake is created through a second fermentation in bottle without the addition of sugar. On the nose, this bottling reveals a fresh, milky, light and quite lively profile, with yeasty notes. On the palate, the yeasts are expressed with great finesse and beautiful length. A very lively sake similar to a blanc de blancs champagne.
