2nd Chance Wheat is crafted using casks previously used to mature their rye whiskey. Distilled twice, the mash bill combines both malted and unmalted wheat with a touch of rye, resulting in a distinctive whiskey that balances gentle sweetness with a subtle spice. An older bottling of Sonoma before the brand & bottle update.
