Located in Echallat, the Vaudon Tardif estate covers an area of 60 hectares shared between the terroir of Grande Champagne and that of Fins Bois. Its owner, Pierre Vaudon, likes to repeat that the search for harmony can sometimes take tortured paths which bear the name of “cutting bridge” or “small waters”. Coming from the clay-limestone soil of Fins Bois and fruit of the blend of two vintages, this version invites us to explore an aromatic and gustatory palette in which the three stages of tasting are intimately linked to each other. With the highlight, a particularly suggestive floral transmission between the mouth and the finish.
