Bitters, Italy / 500ml

Produced from plants harvested in the low-mountain region of Valtellina (VTL), Italy, this Bitters is characterized by a very well-balanced sweet and bitter profile. Quackgrass rhizome (Agropyron repens) paired with aromas of bramble leaf (Rubus) and the round bitterness of walnut husk (Juglans regia) create a wonderful balance of aromatics and sweetness.
