Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in a selection of 500-litre Sherry Manzanilla butts, this single malt showcases the full character of this distinctive maturation process. Bottled at its natural colour and non-chill filtered, it offers a beautifully balanced combination of freshness and complexity. Bright citrus notes lead the way, followed by hints of almond and a subtle maritime salinity reminiscent of sea spray. An elegant and refined expression that highlights the unique influence of Sherry Manzanilla on Jura’s signature fruity and coastal character.

Nose : Preserved lemon, orange zest and almond.

Palate : Fresh and well-balanced, with ripe citrus fruits, almond and a delicate maritime salinity.
