Whisky Liquer, Scotland/Highlands-Arran

Since it was founded in 1995, the Scottish distillery Arran has offerered an increasingly broad selection of single malts and a whisky cream that has received multiple awards at international competitions.

Nose : characterised by notes of hazelnut and candied lemon. Develops vegetal notes and of course milky and creamy notes.

Palate : as with the nose, it swings between a milky character (caramel) with a lightly salted aspect and fruitier notes of red berries stewed in alcohol.

Overall : long, with a return to notes of caramel and milk. Elegant and packed full of freshness.
