A joint bottling between La Maison du Whiskey and The Nectar, this version echoes the Bowmore 2001 Artist #12 from this same creation catalogue, also aged in sherry casks. Absolutely remarkable, the two expressions express a hundredfold the inimitable style of this mythical single malt from the island of Islay. They reveal the same greasy and oily peat, the same fruitiness overflowing with exoticism, the same marine character and the same superb herbaceous, vanilla and chocolate sequences. However, there is a notable difference, if this version immediately puts the Bowmore signature on its aromatic palette, it is not until the finale that the Bowmore 2001 Artist #12 does the same.
