A new addition to the 100 Proof range, this grain whisky version distilled at Cameronbridge in 2012 was aged in bourbon casks before being bottled at 57.10%. This new version with its round, intense flavours opens with aromas of prune, caramel and nectarine.
The 100 Proof range refers to the British system of measuring alcohol content, which corresponds to the famous “Navy Strength”. At 57.1% proof, this range highlights a variety of distilleries, which express themselves with great intensity while retaining the aromatic richness typical of Signatory Vintage’s ageing expertise.
