Pure Cane Juice Rum, Mauritius
This pure cane rum is part distilled in a column still and in a pot still (30%). Each rum is aged separately 6 to 8 years in a unique combination of French Oak Barrels: New ones, Ex Cognac and Wine re-Charred. Perfectly balanced and extremely rich aromas, the XO is one of the Best.
TASTING NOTES
Very Rich and Intense. Warm spices with notes of vanilla, prune and figs. Deeper, a subtle oak, toffee & caramel comes out.
