The Dalmore Vintage 2005 is an 18-year-old single malt aged in American white oak bourbon casks, followed by specially selected Vintage 2005 and Matusalem sherry casks. Carefully crafted and finely balanced, each single malt, available in limited quantities, takes its place in The Dalmore “Vintage” collection. These perfectly aged whiskies are then beautifully blended to create a harmonious whisky: a rare single malt that reveals the unique soul of a year at The Dalmore.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dark chocolate, salted caramel, antique leather, and rich orange citrus.

Appearance: Or ambré.

Palate: Rich cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan, and moist ginger cake.

Overall: Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness, and long dry chocolate complexities.
