Habitation Velier Foursquare High Ester is a real innovation within this range. This rum comes from the blend of rums distilled in the famous Foursquare double-twisted pot still. The particularity of the distillate is that it comes from rums made from molasses fermented using breeding yeast on one side and pure cane juice fermented with native yeasts on the other.
