TASTING NOTES
Nose: Delicate and sweet notes of honey and tea with lemon are balanced out by the deeper aromas of banana and caramel.
Palate: Fragrant traditional Japanese flavours of quince honey candy and Nikki cinnamon with a rich body Bright ginger intermingles with the bitterness of smoked nuts, bringing out the mellowness.
Overall: The refined sweetness and bitterness disappear slowly, such as the sun setting over the sea.
