Produced from barley malted and peated (50 ppm) at the Port Ellen malting floor, this Kilchoman sherry cask presents an altruistic peat that serves as the background for a very complex palette of flavours and aromas. Then, revealing astounding youth and shrewdly reproducing the qualities of its very pure distillate, the finish harks back to the distillery’s founding in 2005.
