Pure Cane Juice Rum, Seychelles
Like the Takamaka Clos Séries Ex-Pineau, this version was made with locally grown, organic sugar cane. Matured first for three years in a French new oak cask, it was then finished for six months in a sherry cask previously used for a Scottish single malt. The aroma palette boasts both incredible depth and impressive elegance. Expressing the power of the Seychelles’ granite terroir, the flavour palette then highlights the beautiful Palo Cortado finish.
