Long associated with blends, the distillery reveals a clean, malty, and fresh style in its single malt, particularly enhanced by maturation in bourbon casks. Within Gordon & MacPhail’s Discovery range, this 10-year-old expression emphasizes the purity of the spirit: the bourbon cask imparts vanilla sweetness and roundness, while allowing the characteristic cereal freshness and fruity vibrancy of Auchroisk to shine through.

Nose : Fresh pear, vanilla, green apple, light honey and a floral touch.

Palate : Lively and balanced. Orchard fruits, vanilla cream, sweet malt, subtle lemon and a hint of almond.

Finish : Medium, fresh and clean, with vanilla, white fruits and a light cereal note.
