This commemorative Laphroaig Cairdeas edition—released at Fèis Ìle 2015 for the distillery’s bicentenary—features distinctive production methods: 100% floor malted barley from the distillery’s own malting floor, distillation in only the two smaller, traditional stills, and maturation in bourbon casks, all overseen by Master Distiller John Campbell.
