Overflowing with maturity, it begins by imposing its profoundly malty character, in order allow free rein to its desire for long-distance travel. The similarity with a great Junmai Daiginjo in this sense is a highlight of a tasting that also enthusiastically explores fruity, floral, malty and herbaceous paths, each more nuanced than the next.
