This version was matured in a cask previously used for a Maury red wine and is dominated by a peat with particularly pronounced animal tones. The palette of flavours and aromas also reveals fruity sequences in which the Roussillon wine’s influence is particularly noticeable. The perfect example comes in a finish that brings together both exotic fruits and dried fruits.
