Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Speyside

Founded in 1821 by Peter Brown, the Linkwood distillery was demolished and then rebuilt by his son William in 1872. After undergoing major renovation work in 1962, it doubled its production capacity in 1971, moving from two to four stills. More recently, in 2013, two new stills were installed. In addition to the fruity style characteristic of a single malt known for its elegance, this sherry cask finish version reveals medicinal and rancio notes that bring incredible shine to the flavour and aroma palette.
